What you will find in our web office and what you can do in it!

We tried to keep things uncomplicated here.  No fancy graphics, no movies or music, just a place where you can order an appraisal and get the information you need.  

On the left is a menu bar that opens the rest of the pages. This control panel is the same on all pages to make it easy to go from one to another.

Our Services tells you the types of appraisals we do and the service level we maintain.

Service Area has a map showing the primary and secondary areas we service, along with a short explanation of the areas. 

Our Rates contains our fee schedule.  We broke it out by major reports, other reports and other charges that may apply to a particular assignment. 

Order Form is used for ordering an appraisal online.  Just fill in the blanks and press send.  We will have your order instantly.  There is also a link to a faxable form.  Either way we will call or email you an acknowledgement right away.

What makes Nakoni Appraisal Service different?

It begins with appraisers who love being appraisers. People who enjoy their work do a better job and provide better service.  Our appraisers have the desire, dedication, commitment and enthusiasm to provide quality appraisals and superior customer service.  And, they enjoy doing it.  

We are the right size company.  There are a lot of appraisal companies in the Puget Sound area.  Some are large firms with hundreds of employees, where your order may be lost in the clutter. Others are one-person shops trying to do too much.  We're in the middle. Not too small to handle the job and not so big that you feel unimportant.

Our appraisers live and work in each of our primary counties.  This means the person appraising in Seattle knows Seattle.  It’s the same with the Renton-Bellevue, Everett-Lynwood, Tacoma-Puyallup and the Olympia-Lacey areas.  It also means faster turn times from order to finished report.

We make the extra effort.  When we inspect, we view 7 or 8 sales in the neighborhood. Then we use 4 or 5 comparables in our reports, so the value is well defined.  This eliminates most callbacks for additional comparables. But, if there is a question we have already looked at other sales in the market and can add them if necessary.

Most of all we communicate with our customers.  Keeping them informed as the status of the appraisal and any problems as they arise.  This eliminates surprises.
